“Meditation and Guided Imagery”
This workshop teaches participants simple methods of meditation and imagery that can have powerful results! You'll learn about the difference between meditation, guided imagery, and visualization, the physical and psychological benefits of meditation and how meditation can help bring peace to your life.
This is a 3 week course (2.5 hours per session)
Relax and enjoy some quite time for yourself in stillness and peace. Regular weekly classes, practising and improving your meditation techniques.
